EU/UK Shipping almost complete!

Hey Everyone! We've got great news.

We're about 75% done with the UK and EU shipping! We've got a number of packages going out bit by bit, and should have the vast majority of them wrapped up this week. 

One unforeseen issue happened on the part of QML. When they sent us the stock, they misplaced the signed bookplates so those had to be reordered and we had to get those signed by the creator. Those should be in hand later this week or so, but then we'll have those packages wrapped up and shipped. 

We'll update you again shortly.

Shipping Continues

We're moving forward. Many of you have seen your shipping confirmations as shipping labels are printed and applied to packages. We keep plowing through these as quickly as we can so you'll get yours soon.

We FINALLY received the freight shipping from QML and are now able to start shipping things out. We're doing validation and shipping through the end of the year! We're so glad to get these out to you. We'll keep updating you along this process. 

Update on Shipping - No News is No News

We have been holding off making an update until we had something substantive to report. However, it has been a month since the last update about shipping, so here is what little there is to say. 

We expect to receive your books back from our fulfilment partner next week. As that is a holiday week in the US, it is difficult to be more specific about the date. The first weekend of December we will be at a convention. We will start getting books packed and shipped as soon as we get them, but it is very likely to be the first full week of December until we can begin shipping in earnest.  

We see your frustration in the comments. We are also frustrated by the continual delays of the process. We cannot do anything more until we get the product back in our hands. We will move forward as soon as we are able.

UK and EU Shipping Update

This update is specifically for our EU and UK backers. 

Here is an update on where things stand:

• Wet Ink Games is 100% committed to delivering the products you paid for and supported to bring to life. We are extremely frustrated this process has taken this long (as are many/all of you and rightfully so), but enough is enough. 
• We have already initiated an urgent/escalated work order with Quartermaster Logistics for their warehouse to immediately send Wet Ink Games the stock they are holding for EU and UK fulfillment (This is for Into the Wyrd and Wild and Heckin' Good Doggos). This will be freighted directly to the Wet Ink Games offices.
• Upon receipt we will IMMEDIATELY begin fulfilling these backer orders (also including the Crowman decal). Any additional shipping cost due to cost variances, peak/holiday shipping times will be absorbed by Wet Ink Games. 
• Our plan is to begin fulfillment in the next two weeks, dependent on freight timeline, and have all packages shipped out within two weeks after receipt. 
• We will still be addressing and dealing with VAT issues with the UK government, moving forward with our extremely helpful contacts at Spiral Galaxy.  These issues have extended this process a staggering amount, but those processes will be completely separated from this project, and in hindsight should have been done earlier.
